August 6th: PASTA! How to make it, cook it and serve
it
Everyone loves pasta, and the variety of flavors, shapes, sauces and uses
seem endless. Tonight
take a step-by-step-look at making pasta from scratch, pairing the shape
to the pasta sauce and
serving it up to your family and friends in easy but delicious ways. This
class is offered for the first
time as an afternoon class (12:00 to 2:30 pm) or an evening
class (6:00 to 8:30 pm) on this
date. Same fresh pasta, wine and fun at either time slot.
August 8th: Tuscan Sophisticated-Rustic at Vino Noceto
Winery*
The sun kissed hills of Tuscany offer a simple peasant cuisine which belies
the urban sophistication
of Florence and other cities in the region. This class is a look at how
ingredients and techniques
span both styles of cooking, creating masterful Italian classics you can
create in your own kitchen.
Vino Noceto wines will be the perfect choice to sip as we go on
the road and learn and dine
al fresco. This class to be held at Vino
Noceto Winery, Dixon Road, Plymouth (www.noceto.com).

August 14th: The Traveling Plate: Authentic Mexico
Bring on the heat with the fiery flavors of summer in Mexico! The focus
of the class will be such
mainstream classics as tamales, salsas and ceviches, but also the road
less traveled with seafood
preparations and fresh, simple grilled meats, perfect for lively afternoons
outside. Spanish wines
will be our focus tonight and Chef Beth will share her recipe for the
Coolest Sangria. Come early
and shop the Farmers Market outside in the park before class.
August 16th: Simply Delicious Seafood
We all know the bounties of the sea are some of the most delicious
and healthy foods we can
eat and Chef Beth will show you great, foolproof techniques to cook and
serve these treasures
including poaching, sautéing, grilling and even smoking seafood
at home. This is a very popular
class so reserve your spot early.
August 21st: Light, Bright & Sneaky Clever
ways to cook and eat healthier
We all know we need to cut back on fried foods, sugary foods and all things
beige but how do
you get your friends and family to eat all that green stuff? The answer
is blatant subterfuge and
you wont be allowed to leave until youve learned at least
a dozen practical everyday ways to
lighten up without losing flavor. Youll be amazed at
how delicious super nutritional foods can
be and how you can adapt your favorite recipes, feed it to your kids and
feel good about the
whole thing! (The best part is Dinner will not be a salad bar buffet.)

August 28th: Deep Southern Roots Country Classics
from the Deep South
Shrimp Etouffe, Chicken Gumbo, Grits, BBQ Pork, Hush Puppies, Sweet Corn
Casserole,
Southern Greens, Pecan Pie if your mouth is already watering this
is the class for you.
Chef Beth shares her favorite childhood food memories, including some
sassy recipes from
New Orleans to give you a whole range of dishes designed to celebrate
country traditions
and to put some South in your mouth. Come early and shop the
Farmers Market outside
in the park before class.

Cancellation
Policy
No reservations taken without payment in full or credit card guarantee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of reserved class can be refunded or
transferred to another class. Cancellations within 6 days of reserved
class are nonrefundable.
In the case that a class sells out, a waiting list will be available
pending cancellations and openings will be offered in the order taken.
