Beth's passion for fine cuisine came early
in life. From the time she was a teenager, she was intrigued by exotic
flavors and
unique ingredients. In her early 20's, Beth
began pursuing the culinary arts seriously,
enrolling in a premier culinary academy.
Later, through years in the food manage-
ment business, she gained invaluable,
hands-on experience in all aspects of the
restaurant and catering business.
Today she is the owner of a fast-growing
and well-respected catering business.
Her catering services are sought out by wineries, local businesses, and
those
marking special events. Beth is well-known
for her professional catering service,
attention to detail, and exquisite dishes
beautifully presented.
